"For Gavin Doi: We hired Mr. Doi for a child support enforcement case and a fair outcome. He was not prepared for the hearing with the proper financial information or guidelines, the financial information was never provided to us before the hearing as stated it would be and he was unwilling to fight for what was fair. For the amount of cost that was spent, we did not receive the proper services or representation. Items that were noticed during the process and hearing: 1) He was not prepared with the financial information that was given prior to the hearing, he was joggling numbers the day of the hearing. The outcome was a lot higher then what we briefly discussed. 2) The financial information that was used to determine the child support was never forwarded to me in an e-mail as stated by you this would be done by your office. My wife and I never had a chance to review the financial information that was presented to the court. 3) He did not have the proper information or documentation from the State of Louisiana concerning their child support guidelines. This was a huge set back and this was also noted by the Child Support Hearing Officer. This was also discussed in his office prior to the hearing and he stated he was going to research the information which obviously he did not. 4) The Child Support Hearing Officer let the custodial parent decide what state guide lines the child support was going to fall under which ended up being the State of Hawai'i. He did not question this action to the hearing officer. The child lives in the State of Louisiana and has different guideline than Hawaii. Do not waste your time or money on this lawyer. First thing you will notice is an unkept and very unprofessional office environment, that should be your first clue."

"Hey Mr Doi, Its Been a couple of years almost seince you offered me some good advice on my personal TRO Case. Something Came to mine. Recently and because i don't have the 7000.00 us. that you quoted me for the TRO case against Casandra Begay who represente the petitioner of the case at the time who i wish not to reveal her name because of a unsigned TRO that resulted in a 20 year protective order against me and kids. but also resulted in a temporary custody order that could be overturned in any family court. But then resulted in my kids and ex girl friend never taking advantage of the chance to have the temporary custody order made permanent but instead running to New Zealand Seemed Better. i am confused that i even try to care about this situation but only confused more by why they would not take advantage of getting full custody considering i was also accused of rapping the children (you know the check box right?) also kidnapping the family and holding the hostage in the desert Burning our house on fire and also hitting them and threatening them i would kill them. Does this not seem like a easy situation to win on her part why leave? well its obvious to me. but her is the deal. My Father Mother Sister and Friends Are ALl Aware of this event weather or not i have actually don this civil crime i might as well have based on the way my life has ended up. so i will not profess my innocence. Sence it seems like a waste of time. i Have called local authorities on both ends to try to counter sue for perjury and then my local sheriffs department wont follow through with what it takes to allow me to try and have charges brought up on my ex girls friend and heer later, also the social worker in the court. My personal rights have been so violated that i have givin up on my country my family and noe the desire to ever even want to see my two girls based on the fact of what they will probably feel about me. I wish you an d Casandra good luck in your family law ventures. you got me but you killed an innocent man."
