"William is a super nice guy and handled my chapter 7 last year. I never left a review however I'm leaving this one now out of aggravation. Since filing and getting my discharge, I've had several creditors violate the BK by trying to force me to pay. The first time I reported the issue to William like you are supposed to do, and William sent them an email, that was about it. Now I have another creditor who is calling me like crazy, changed what they report on the credit report from "included in bankruptcy" to now reporting "in collections" and has dropped my score by 36 points. I reached out to William about this and was told to file a dispute with Transunion where its being reported. I did that and they denied the claim and refuse to update. I reached back out to William and no response at all. I ended up calling the bankruptcy court myself and talked to a supervisor of the call center and was told how to have my case re-opened and file for sanctions, which I've began the process now. I had a BK in 2009 and the attorney who helped me on that case went above and beyond. You didn't have to worry about anything because as soon as you had a question or there was an issue, he took care of it right away. William on the other hand wants to make you do all the leg works after paying him a lot of $$$. And when you have a problem, he turns his back and ignores you. I guess at the end of the day, you get what you pay for. I was referring people to him, but I won't anymore."
