"DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE- A SCAM!! this was the WORST experience ever. First off, they don’t answer their phones, so there’s no real way in contacting them. second off, the address they have listed is not a real address and they are not in that building anymore. We tried booking a helicopter tour through them. they took our card information and after 4 days of hearing nothing and calling them consistently, i finally emailed. they responded immediately, but then ghosted us. They have our card information, so now we have to cancel our card and request a new one. we are in the process of filing this business as a scam and fraud so hopefully no one else experiences what we experienced. because of them, we were not able to get a helicopter ride. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!! this place needs to go out of business."

"Not sure if its authentic, they have taken all the payment details for an Air Maui tour but didn't give the confirmation even after 2 days and their phones do not work, tried 10s of times and no one ever lifted."

"My husband and I booked in advance a Molokini snorkel tour with the Four Winds on 2/8/23. The morning we showed up for the tour at slip #80 the winds were really bad and my husband was afraid we would get sick on the boat if we went out. I talked with the 2 men at the slip and they said because of the high winds they were changing the location to Coral Gardens, this was something that could be expected and dictated by the captain if the weather was bad, which was fine. I told them that my husband would probably get sick on the boat due to the high winds and they said I could 'easily' reschedule for another snorkel tour. They did not say that I would not be able to reschedule again for Molokini, nor did they mention that this 'reschedule' would be a 'complimentary' reschedule. They told me to give Sandy a call and she could take care of that for us. I called Sandy and she said she could reschedule us for 2/9/23 for an afternoon tour to Coral Gardens. I asked if we could get another Molokini tour because that is what we wanted to see, she said she could not do that. So we scheduled the Coral Gardens afternoon tour for 2/9/23. At that time she did not say this was a 'complimentary' reschedule. On 2/9/23, I received a text message stating the the afternoon tour for Coral Gardens had been cancelled altogether due to even worse winds that day. I called Sandy back to confirm I had received the cancellation text and to asked if we would be receiving a refund, as their policy states that a full refund would be given in the event of a cancellation due to bad weather. She said she would speak with management and Charles Dapitan to see if we could receive a refund and she would call me back, she never called me back. So I reached out to Charles Dapitan who had sent us our original voucher for the Molokini tour and inquired with him if we could receive a refund. He stated the Four Winds would not approve a refund because we were marked as a 'no show' for our 2/8/23 reservation and that the 2/9/23 reschedule was a 'complimentary' reschedule. I said that we did show for the 2/8/23 reservation but could not attend because my husband was afraid he would get sick due to the winds and thus we rescheduled for the 2/9/23 tour. They offered to reschedule us again, but due to our vacation plans I told him we would not be able to reschedule again as we were going to the other side of the island and had reservations/plans already made for the remainder of our trip. I never heard back from anyone after that. I reached out 3 more time via email requesting a resolution and refund to this issue and have still not heard back from the company. So it was an unacceptable and disappointing outcome going through this service. I would highly recommend not booking anything until you are in Maui, as we learned you can easily, and more cheaply book a snorkel tour to Molokini when you get to Maui. I will never use this company again. They didn't honor their own weather cancellation and refund policy and they didn't even offer any other resolution than another snorkel trip which was useless to us after 2/9/23. On top of that they just ignored any further attempts of me trying to find a resolution to the refund. They did not even offer a partial refund of any sort. Truly a bad experience. To make it worse, the day they canceled on us, we had to find other things to do and ended up going to Nakalele Blowhole and our rental car was broken into there and all of my luggage and items were stolen...which I related to them, to no avail."
