They try to operate on volume and put the owner's risk at new highs and and revenue at alarming lows, but you would never know this is if you trust them blindly. You get for what you pay for. Gena pushed away several customers since it was inconvenient for her to reply to their valid inquiries on Airbnb. They won't take responsibility for their own negligence in their agreement. Have your lawyer take a look at that if you want to have a property manager be responsible for the job that you pay them for."
