"Best park in Fernley! Office staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Park is well kept, residents are friendly, and the atmosphere is safe and inviting."

"Not place to raise family. There people here wanted by INS. They allow drug to be grown and sold here. To live here is to high. The looks like trash. Go to Village Park."

"Wanted to be closer to family that reside in park but apparently rules are not enforced for keeping site clean. I will not be purchasing my home in this park because driving within the park is a DUMP. Abandoned washers, dryers, mattresses and sofas. It's just wrong for what is asked monthly for space rent. Management desperately needs to clean up park."

"Lot rent has been raised, again to $595.00 a month. It's gone up over a hundred plus dollars a month since this company has take over. They claim it's for improvements to the park. There have been no improvements. Fire lanes are not painted with fresh paint. The RV storage area is a mess. The playground is still the same ole' playground. We do have some brightly colored painted cinderblocks by the office though. Most of us in this park try and maintain nice looking spots but management keeps coming up with more and more things for us to do each year. With lot inspections getting earlier and earlier each year a lot of our yards still have leaves and other winterized things still in effect because it's too cold and windy to get out and take care of these things. I feel like a small few get tenants picked on while others get to go on as usual. I know they have to see that the homes and lots in this facility are kept up but you shouldn't be able to tell one tenant to improve this, paint this, pull these weeds because your neighbor won't and let the other tenants just go about their merry way and trash up the place. End of rant!! Until next year when they raise the rent again and come up with something else that a few of us need to do while our neighbor's lots look like junk yards. Revised, August, 2020.. A few things have been done to the park since my last review. The roads have been repaved and fire lanes have been repainted. The main office building has been repainted and new mailboxes have been installed, of which I am thankful. Still does not warrant further increases in lot rent every year that's forcing a lot of renters to move."

"We live in Rancho Estates trailer park and we are very happy here. We live on a fixed income and the lot rent going up every year will eventually force us out and we love it here we have great neighbors which are to come by we watch each other's homes when any of us are out of town."
