"Nevada Prime Real Estate had our plumbing company out to one of their properties to give a quote. We charged $0 to travel from Reno to Fernley and did an entire plumbing system inspection. Afterwards they rejected our proposal. After rejecting our proposal, they used another plumber or handyman to perform a minor repair. This is the reason they quoted as they left a negative review for our plumbing company. That someone else did a much smaller repair for much cheaper. Our quote was to entirely re-pipe the house. The other guy performed a minor band-aid repair that will need to be re-addressed in 1-3 winter seasons. Please contact me directly if you would like to review pictures of this property as an example of how this company manages properties before you purchase a property from them or have them manage property for you. It is not surprising to find out that this company does not have anything like a Great Reputation in anyway whatsoever. Read just a handful of the other reviews here. Wow. This is a despicable company. We would be happy to go review for review any day with this group of bozos."
