"I applied for a listing they had. They then told me it was unavailable for the summer months. They didn't refund my application fee. I feel it was an honest mistake but I still think I shouldn't be charged for a misleading listing. I waited a week before posting a negative review."

"I HAD THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY! My husband and I just moved here along with our two kids and two dogs from Florida. We were struggling to find a rental when we came across LLRealty.biz. We viewed a home found on their website, we loved the home and called to ask about the application process WHILE SITTING IN THE DRIVEWAY OF THE HOME. We were told that the house was still available and to go and apply immediately. We did just that, we drove straight “home” to our camper at the moment and went to apply. Little did we know that we wouldn’t be able to apply for the home because they took it off of their website directly after our conversation because apparently they had “too many applications for that home” so even though we were literally told to go apply less than an hour before that, they would no longer let us apply. We spoke with Linda. After that experience, I then called back inquiring about another home however I was told that it had already rented. I was speaking with Katie, she then acted like she was actually going to help my family and told me not to worry, that they would work closely with us to help us into a home. After hearing my story and asking questions pertaining to renting, she told me to go and apply for this home that had just been listed IMMEDIATELY. So I did, I WASTED MY MONEY! The very next day, the house that she told me to apply for was rented to someone else. But it gets even better. Now they have our application and our MONEY which by the way they also REQUIRED that we pay a YEAR rent UP FRONT because we had just moved here and my husband was still seeking employment. We actually agreed to do so and told them that we wanted to push our application towards the last home on their site that would work for our family. The home still wouldn’t have been available for the next week so we just had to be patient and wait. Mind you, this home was originally listed to allow pets upon additional deposit. We were also fine with that since this was the LAST home in any of the surrounding areas that would suit our family. We waited all week just to call back and request our showing once it was available for showings JUST to be told that now that home isn’t allowing pets. They literally stole our money by telling us that they were actually going to HELP us find a home just to jerk us around. We are actually homeless now thanks to LLRealty.biz. We spoke with Linda, Katie and Olivia. Just to be clear, we were HOMEOWNERS in Florida and sold our home with a massive amount of equity. We are not low lives and have the funds financially to support our rental payment, however I almost feel discriminated against because my husband didn’t show “current” employment due to our move but was employed all the way up until our move. Either way, this company is responsible for our family being homeless for the moment."
