"Been banking with Valley Isle CU since 2013 and I am usually happy with the service. However, since the pandemic (or perhaps even before it), they are not answering the phone no matter what numbers you call. I even drove 20 miles to go in person to complain about this issue a couple of weeks ago. Maui is known for its all around poor service but since when do banking institutions benefit from not picking up the phone?"
