If my move happens I will be calling her to rent. She even sent me hotel info and details for my transition to the area so I would know the best places to stay until I got an apartment."

"I have worked with this office for several years. I am a Project manager for a out of town Contractor and need to house my crews while I am working in the area. So there are a lot of temporary housing needs. Usually 8 month leases. I needed 3 Apartments this year and my company has used them for the last 12 years. Abigail is the one I have been working with for 6 years. She is very professional and responsive. She seems to go out of her way to make very difficult situations work. I highly recommend this company."

"David Almett is currently my property manager. He, along with the rest of the office, refuse to return my phone calls. I moved into one of his properties which needed some work before we completely moved in, and he assured me it would get done. To start off, the house was filthy, and took an entire day for the cleaning crew to complete it once we were moving in. Upon moving in, I noticed the yard was not cleaned up at all with trash and items scattered throughout the back yard. Moving inside to look at the air ducts, there has never been a filter installed for the air circulation system, meaning there is about a half an inch of debris throughout the entire system that cannot be simply cleaned. Did I mention I have two small children, so turning on the air conditioning would be detrimental to their health because it would circulate the accumulated debris. Along with this, the fire detectors are not installed! I have been living here for 3 months now with no help from him, or the office, to fix these issues. David Almett is more reactive than proactive about situations, if he even helps at all. I would absolutely NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! Due to the lack of assistance from of this company, the health department said they would be more than happy to assist in ensuring the environment is safe for my family."

"Poor service. I hired the property manager by the name of David Almett to manage a rental property in Garnderville. After signing the management contract he would not return any of my calls. When we did speak on the phone he said he would see the tenant that was in the house that had stopped paying the rent and attempt to get her on a payment plan, that he would call the next day after meeting with her. That following day was Thursday. I did not receive a call. Friday at 12 I called his office. The staff said he was off that day and would not return until Monday and I was on his schedule to call me first think in the morning. Monday I called at 12, he was out, I called at 1 and he was in but was busy I called again at 3 and 4 with no luck again. At 5 pm I received an e mail that he felt he had "a situation has come up where I believe there might be a conflict of interest" This was after a week, 7 days from when I signed his property management agreement and paid for services. He strung things out for over a week and did not man up enough to return any calls when he knew all the players in the rental from day one. If he had some conflict he had a duty to disclose this immeadiatly but did not. He cost me over $2,400 for his unethical practice. I have filed a complaint with the NV Department of Real Estate. If you need a trustworthy real estate property manager I would suggest you look somewhere else."
