"While trying to buy a house in Hawaii my realtor referred me to McKay and said he would get me the best rates to purchase a home. This is my second home purchase and when I purchased my home years ago I thought all mortgage rates were the same and you get what you get. To my surprise it was not like that, McKay got me an unbelievably low rate (Lower than what most banks are advertising right now). Additionally to that, when I purchased my first home the financial process was a complete headache and I was already dreading having to do it again but this time McKay made it incredibly easy. "I cheerfully talk about McKay to anyone who talks about buying a home. I already knew him socially, and then he came highly recommended by good friends who worked with him for their new home. To be honest, I wasn't entirely organized and situated with my finances when I found the property I wanted, but I knew it was the perfect place for my daughter and me. It was pretty embarrassing to realize there were things I should've taken care of financially before I even started thinking about buying a place. I thought my chances to make this place my new home was about to slip away, but somehow McKay made it possible. McKay ever so gently and persistently nudged me in the right direction and with detailed instructions. Cosmic forces aligned for me when McKay was still able to bring me numbers I could work with and live with. He hustled and went the extra mile to help me apply for the Mortgage Credit Certificate and squeeze it in before an extremely tight deadline. "McKay saved the day under complicated and difficult circumstances with finesse, and therefore, we are so confident in McKay’s abilities that we give him the highest recommendation possible! We started the loan process with another mortgage broker, which was a discouraging, beyond frustrating experience. We already had missed our closing date and were getting nowhere when we decided to give McKay a chance. He swiftly as possible saved the loan and helped us buy our family’s first house.
