"I havent had any luck- left a message to contact me as new client on their website with my contact info to call back, need help days before they left on vacation- no answer back! Called and recording says closed and on vacation. I call on another day and mailbox full. No stars as its almost three weeks of this nonsense if they cant even do simple basic operations."
"3.5 stars is an overstatement. The phone consultation didn’t last 2 minutes. I couldn’t even speak, was cut off mid sentence and corrected before I could finish. Don’t waste your time, call someone else. Unless you want to pay an attorney who won’t listen, call her!"
"If you are a tenant with a landlord/tenant issue PLEASE do yourself a favor and save $50 by calling anyone else for advice. I was charged $50 to be yelled at for 15 minutes. Even being told "I am talking!" anytime I tried to say or ask anything. From what I gather, your only options are to break your lease if they don't fix your issues after giving them a 14 day notice and there is no emotional distress or any other damages. Only reimbursement with receipts. If you have a case it will be with a personal injury attorney. Nothing on racism or harrassment or anything. Trust me, you can read the law and gather all of that without spending any money. She is just a scam artist that gets you to pay her to yell at you about "I don't know why all you people think you deserve something." I have received better service from Walmart cashier's.... I should have read the reviews better before contacting this office. Please head my advice and move on. She isn't worth your time or money."
