"Overpriced and they do not help you get money back on your tax returns. Spent 400$ for a 1 hour phone call to find out it was an additional 1200$ to set up a llc with them. It cost 450$ to set up an llc and it’s not difficult. 500$ to file a form with 0 revenue. Paid them money and still owed to the irs. When asking questions about the ev tax credit the tax person said he has no idea what the ev credit would be and he would have to do research. All they do is copy and paste what you are obligated to report. Most free services can do the same at no additional cost. Don’t waste your time with them. When I filed last year with them the return kept getting kicked back because they put my daughters name and social down incorrectly spent 3-8 hours calling around to get information for them that they didn’t even need to submit."
