"If I could give them zero stars I would, they do not deserve to even get 1 star for the service I got today. I had a 10 am appointment at the Aiea office. Got there early, staff came just before 10 am and opened the office. There was me and another client in the office. She took the other client first which was ok since I had to fill out their form. She came out about 45 minutes later to let me know that it would take a while with her client, so I went to my bank which was downstairs. I got back up there about 11:15 am and there were 2 other clients in the office. The staff got done with her 1st client at about 11:30. She came out and asked if she could take a client that only needed to sign his documents. I was ok with that however what should have been only 30 seconds took over 30 minutes. I informed her eariler that I was on a tight schedule, and she was only concerned about helping her returning client and did not value a new client. I will never do business with Jackson Hewitt Tax service ever and I will make sure all my friends and family don't go there too. They do not care about new clients, only the returning ones. Will look for another tax agency to do my taxes this year."
