"I will not going back to this H&R block again. The tax pro I worked with in person-- Steven Karr Jr. was extremely unprofessional. Once you pay them the money they don't care about you. Follow up questions I sent on the website never got answered. Call backs that he said would happen never happened. Did not treat my tax return like he cared at all, and just a very rude attitude overall."
"Do not go there! I had ‘Annie’, she didn’t show any care or empathy to her clients, let along did her job correctly. She never asked me the details about my finance, nor did her ask anything about deductible, such as charity or car registration.
