"Spent 12k on a letter with inaccuracies, mis spellings (they literally spelled our name wrong on a legal letter) and an argument my 6 year old could have done a better job on. Switched attorneys on me after I paid for the letter that the leaving attorney wrote and obviously milked my hours for before he left. 12k for a 1 page letter? All news to me when I was randomly told he was gone. Nobody actually read the contracts or the emails or any of the actual evidence, they just wrote a generic letter based off a completely unimportant detail I said in passing. I couldn't go back and ask them to change it because I didn't have another 12k to re-do the whole thing. All they were good for was a tax write off. Take your money elsewhere especially if you are a small business owner they will drain you for as much as they can with literally nothing getting done. Communication was laughable. Don't let the opening pitch by their "business consultant" fool you, they are a money pit. Good luck."

"I came to these people so hurt and so broken and after talking with Norman and Alisha (who are absolutely wonderful btw) i was assured they could help me, I had a good case, tough but def legit. THEN one day I get a call (that I had to pay like $800 for) from my attorneys assistant. They can't help me, there's nothing they can do CUZ I DONT HAVE PROOF, (like receipts and bank statements aren't proof??) to prove what I was saying!! Come to find out, this woman hadn't read ANY of the paperwork I sent, had no idea what i was even talking about and didn't even know I had a coexecutor on my case. You know, The other signature that was on every single court document......I was so upset and felt so unimportant. Like all my issues were perfectly acceptable, like I was wasting their time and like I was stupid. Your seriously going to have somebody call me that hasn't even read any of my paperwork and knows nothing about my case??? Wow That was the last thing I needed. Another person trying to get one over on me. Another person that doesn't care. Another person that wants to treat me like I don't matter. After all that talk and making me feel like I finally had someone that could help me it turns out to be just that.....talk. You know people come to u hurt and to take advantage of someone when they're in that state of mind is just wrong."
