"I’m not sure what is going with you guys I’ve called I’ve texted left a VM and no one is responding to me! I already paid $500 dollars to TONY he said he only accept cash for my 2 apostille and I’m still not getting any update? And im so mad right now! Tony told me last week that he will give me a call Wednesday last week and never heard from him. Yesterday after attempting to them multiple times they said that they were having an emergency and they will call me at the end of the day! I waited all day yesterday 12/28/2022 still no call or update! I texted them many times that I needed my documents back but still no reply nor call from them! I NEED MY DOCUMENTS back!"

"These people tell you whatever you want to hear but once you pay them don't expect to ever get what you need done. You will be lucky to even hear back from them. I am now out $300 and see others had the same experience. Its too late for me but hopefully this warning will save someone else their hard earned money. I would give 0 stars if I could. "I attempt to get some apostilles, pay them, and nothing happens afterward. The best I've gotten so far is "working on it", then back to being ignored. During my time out of the country, my first message would get an immediate reply due to my new number not being recognized. We'd go right back to radio silence after that. To top things off, I called just now and had the luck of my call being picked up (joy!) only to get hung up on shortly after introducing myself. UPDATE: For the purpose of community guidelines, I will omit any surnames, but a quick skim of the NV secretary of state website will be able answer more than a few questions. This business is run by someone named Eyad, using the name "Tony" as a pseudonym. He has had a suspended notary appointment since March of 2020. Further investigation into the NV Secretary of State's archives shows a second appointment as rejected. He is also the principal of Expedient (sometimes spelled 'Xpedient') Notary, a seemingly dissolved business. He is accompanied by Jaclyn, who does have an active notary appointment. Jaclyn appears to be of poor moral character, as I was told a certain entity was processing my paperwork, but after calling said entity, no record was found. You will find a plethora of email addresses, phone numbers, shell-LLCs, and addresses for various facets of this business. Be warned."
