"This was the worst location I've ever worked at!! I my mother and I were sent to work at the Las Vegas location through our recruiter Noelia, she sent us our contract stating that we will work at Grandview resort when we met the person who pick us up Oralia she decided to lie to us saying we're suppose to work at Cancun resort. Even though we have proof that we were only told to work at Grandview resort for 90 days (July 9th), the same day she brought us to the Grandview location to meet the other manager Antonio to retrieve our keys to temporary stay at the resort. Oralia and Antonio BOTH STATED that on Monday we will be trained by Antonio, and that never happened. The next day (Sunday) Oralia made us work immediately after coming from out of state, and lied and said that we we're just having orientation at Cancun resort (which we didn't). Had us wait for two hours for "orientation " no one introduced themselves, constantly spoke spanish not know that i know Spanish and they were freely talking amongst each other about not training and working with us. Around 11 am Oralia told us someone is going to train us, and we asked her about orientation she kept ignoring our questions and decided pair us up with an unprofessional, bully who berated us, used profanity and blasted music the entire time and got mad at the fact that we weren't being trained to know Cancun's procedures with the towels ect, since every resort is different. We worked at Cancun for two months, and while we we're there we never got any paperwork stating how much rent was going to be each check. we have proof that all SEVEN checks $170 were taken out of our checks, then the next check it will be $140 our first week at Cancun Oralia yet again lied and told us that only $130 will be taken out of our checks each week and when we asked her about this she couldn't give us an answer. They would lie and say our performance was low but EVERY SINGLE ROOM that was given to us looked like the previous housekeepers never CLEANED them, old waterspots on the shower, utensils, mirrors and sliding door. Some units had roaches as well as the room we were staying at behind the stove. We were underpaid Oralia also lied about our pay, the first day we met her April 8th she told us that we will be getting paid by the piece rate, and by the hour and by our second check which was very small she backtracked and said that it's only by the piece rate even though at the time a few coworkers were getting piece rate and hourly. Each check that we received besides the first check we're less than $300!!! This was the lowest paying job that I've ever worked at. The would also sabotage and say that we left the tub and the floors dirty, but I took pictures before I left that room showing that it wasn't me. Oralia would constantly take away rooms that I throughly cleaned and would never pay us for those rooms and when we will talk to her about it she will tell us we're being disrespectful. Oralia was very spiteful, when we're supposed to retrieve our first check (paper check)she kept giving us the run around telling us that the checks are here with her, we finished our shift at 3pm and close to 5pm after calling her, waiting at Cancun she finally comes downstairs and tells us that it's all the way at Grandview.We voice our frustrations and told her that this was unprofessional and we told our recruiter Noelia about this as well. The next day (Saturday) we go into Cancun and clock in Lola (dispatch), gives us our rooms to clean less than 10 minutes later Oralia tells us we can't work today even though Lola already gave us our rooms and she told us to clock out, Oralia heads over to Lola and said that we aren't working today there's no rooms available to clean and Lola looked confused and said "well I already gave them room" and Oralia cut her eyes and gritted her teeth and said "They aren't working today" and walked away". The entire time we worked at the site we've been trying to contact HR, our recruiter Noelia she lied and never contacted us! I'm going to make sure we get our justice!"

"Worst place I ever worked . I quit after my first day . I was basically ignored all day If you dream of working at a hotel in Mexico do not relocate to Mexico just apply at mastercorp Las Vegas you will get the full Mexican experience. You will be treated like a second class citizen because you can only speak English. If you only speak Spanish you will be fine tho the hotel is set up to cater to you..You will get to experience the Mexican citizens receiving help before you just like when in Mexico. You will get the full second class citizen experience I promise. And they said I would get paid for orientation which I was not paid for if you never been to Mexico apply at mastercorp Las Vegas and you get the full Mexican experience right here in Las Vegas"

"I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS PLACE!!! I've only been working for 2 weeks and today was supposed to be my first payday AND OUR CHECKS ARENT EVEN HERE!!! They lied about the pay, bonuses and many other things! They need to be stopped!"

"I cannot even begin to describe how horrible this place was. I was trained for one day for my job and then sent on my own. I was offered bonuses for finishing rooms faster and finishing so many by a certain time. Those bonuses have never came. I have contacted the HR department and have not gotten a response. I quit working here because they employ thieves who steal anything that isn't nailed down. I was constantly having things coming up missing with no action taken against it."
