"Always friendly and willing to go out of there way. I brought in a bassinet cover that was made by my mother who has passed away, and the girl who helped me was so willing to make sure that nothing would happen because it was also done with lace and satin. When I picked it up I told her I was expecting a call from her on Tuesday which never happened so I take it. My stuff got cleaned. She remembered me she said everything was done And cared for and that everybody loved the bassinet cover that was handmade. Thank you so much for taking care of this precious gift gift that I will be giving to my grandbaby to come."
"This was a very good experience with Tide Cleaners. They were very friendly and accommodating with my wash and fold order. I took it to them mid morning on a Friday and while they could not guarantee that it would be completed until Monday, they actually completed it on Saturday. The facility was very clean and the employees were extremely personable. The only drawback was that I thought they were somewhat expensive but in my case it was worth it."
"Pretty disappointed with the quality of my items that I picked up. The pant didn’t even look like it was dry cleaning let alone pressed and it was awkwardly safety pinned to the hanger. And one of my blazers didn’t seem dry cleaned and pressed either. I’ve experienced poor quality at this location before and I’m afraid it’s not worth going there any more considering the cost."
"I've been coming to Tide cleaners on South Eastern for a few years now and I'm happy I found this place. I'm very pleased with their service. I never had any problems and they always do a great job. The staff are always friendly and courteous. And what I love the most is that they always give you discounts.- like who doesn't like discounts? They frequently email you discounts which is always so nice because taking your clothes to the cleaners is not cheap at all. I've been to many cleaners here in the valley and this is the only place that I found that generously gives out discounts. So on stop by and give them a try..."
