"They were perfect until they weren't. This place they clean your clothes nicely, they'll even put the required accessories like collar stays in shirts. They are always very busy, so they take a bit long to have your clothes ready, but it was worth it. Until 1 day. My boyfriend picked up his drycleaners, and a few days later he took 1 of the shirts he had picked up from the dry cleaners and it had small cuts by the armpit area. I took it to them, and the girl that is usually in the front with the very dark hair, very long Lashes and nails. Was not ery happy about it and said her manager would give me a call but that they are Not responsible because we are supposed to check the clothes when we pick it up. Then I needed to pick up my boyfriend's dry cleaners that was ready but I didn't have the ticket. And when I brought it in it was a guy that I had never seeing before. Now my boyfriend's name in spanish is Esteban, and it translates Steve in English. I told her that I had come last Monday and that a guy took the dirty clothes in and even though he was latino he didnt understood me when I said put it under Esteban, so I told him Steve. She couldn't find the clothes. She said that she is always the one present on Mondays so that that was impossible. I went home trying to look for the ticket and I couldn't find it. I went back to the dry cleaners and I shower her a text message that I sent my boyfriend that same day telling him how many items were and they pick up day. 2 ladys from the back came into the front to try to help, 1 was older and the other younger. The younger that is also latina. She was able to find my boyfriend's clothes. And she told the girl with the long Lashes and nails that that was the clothes because since my boyfriend uses their services every week and wears flashy color suites, they knew what it was. Then these 2 girls start talking in front of me in spanish. And the long lash nail girl is telling her not to give me the clothes because I said the wrong name. And I cut into the conversation and I said in spanish, listen, I told you to look under Steve, Esteban translates Steve into English, and omg she was so upset that I speak English and I got her I into a mistake, she told me that she was not talking to me. She was so rude and unprofesional. Also the Spanish girl that found the clothes told her that it was Marco ( I think that's the name she said, I'm not sure on this one ) that took in the dirty clothes while she was maybe on a bathroom break. Long story short. This girl was so rude and unprofesional ( not to mention that she is ALWAYS on a phone call with her little Bluetooth in her ear. So sadly we had to find a different dry cleaners because of that girl. Just a heads up, keep your tickets and check your clothes. That shirt they ripped was $60"
