Super cleaners

"Terrible service. First time I took shirts in it was three days, then five, then 7 (same amount of shirts). Each and every time, when I arrived on the scheduled pickup day I was told the shirts were not ready, and I'd have to come back in a day or two. Additionally, I have had a number of shirts come back with missing buttons, so obviously zero quality control going on. I attempted to bring up these concerns with the lady working behind the counter, but just got back a shrug and "I don't know" before she turned around and walked away from me."

"Feb. 2021. I found super cleaners on Yelp, Amy was quick to respond to my alterations inquiry through the Yelp messenger. I went to the 8090 Blue Diamond location. They’re closed on Sunday’s, like most cleaners, but open until 3 PM on Saturdays and 5 PM on the weekdays. I had a few dresses, including my simple elopement wedding dress that needed a hem and strap adjustments. Yunni was amazing at taking my measurements, asking questions to make sure I feel comfortable and fulfilling my requests. She is so kind and caring in a motherly way. They have a little dressing room at the back of their shop that I was comfortable changing in. I brought my wedding shoes with me so the lenght was perfect. Upon pick up, Yunni also pressed the dress so I did not have to steam or do anything to it prior to the wedding. Price was also very reasonable. Keep in mind the type of fabric and how many layers Yunni will be altering. I also asked her to save some fabric so I could use it for a mask and she was able to do that for me. My clothes were ready quickly, and they were understanding when I picked it up late. I absolutely love how my dress turned out. It didn’t drag or get dirty at the bottom, it was perfectly hemmed at the right length. The straps were adjusted to size as desired. I had a great experience overall and would go back to Super Cleaners to get alterations or clothes cleaned."

"Ms. Youn Hee provided some last minute alterations for my son’s football jersey an hour before the location closing. She went out of her way to provide the service where other locations would deny the alterations or have us come back the next day. She provided outstanding service that we will continue to use."

"I used to go to a different location of theirs because it was close to my work. Since they opened this one up, I have been frequenting it because it’s closer to home. The lady is very friendly and knows our family by name including my 2 yr old who goes up to her and hugs her every time we walk in. Good quality service and affordable pricing."
