"If I could give this zero stars, I would. First, they quoted me $15 for my mattress cover. I was transparent and straightforward on what type of item I was bringing in. However, when I brought it in, I had to pry to ask how much the sheet would be to be sure and they quoted me $50 because of the material. Which I could maybe understand, but the conflicting information was a big different and really irritable to have to find out. Luckily they had a first time discount for customers. Secondly, and the most important, they ripped off my zipper of my mattress cover which completely throws the entire item down the trash. I can’t use it, save it, and use it for my mattress anymore. I had to buy another one. No one had the decency to tell me. Someone broke my zipper, folded it nicely and put it in their disposable bags to take home. Incredibly upsetting and annoying. Never going to that place again. A bunch of young and unprofessional people work there. Along with older folks. 0 stars"

"After getting disappointed with different dry cleaners, I tried Tide cleaners. The way people at the desk treated and explained the options and the process to me was amazing plus according to their policy that if not happy with the outcome of your cleaning, they would try to redo it second time at no additional cost. They have outstanding experience, treating their customers with respect. Thanks to all of them especially Mr. Mario Bran and his manager. My God bless you all."

"My husband had red chili spilled all over his grey suit. He even received 3rd degree burn on his wrist. We thought the suit was a complete loss. We picked up his suit yesterday and it looked perfect. And kind note was on the hanger saying that some spots were too tough to safely remove. Once home, we searched and searched. Jacket is perfect, pant have a small part that has oil rings on it. We were absolutely shocked on how well the suit turned out and that it is still wearable. Thank you so much for cleaning it so well."

"This was my first time using their services and it was great! The team members were so friendly and explained their mobile app and services they offered. They provided a 50% discount since it was my first service with them. Since I was dropping my suit off on Friday they quoted a Monday pick up time but we’re actually able to have that completed the next day to help me out since I was on a tight schedule of when I needed my suit back. 10 out of 10 highly recommend! I will definitely be using service here more often!"
