"AWFUL. This woman held onto mine and others papers for months. She said her only opening (mind you this is just to get my papers BACK, MINE. NO SERVICE) her only opening was a Sunday. I have cancer and had to get a tumor removed, and my entire thyroid removed, on this specific Sunday. Obviously doesn’t work for me. SHE SAID “you want your papers?
