Really nice houses, super clean well-kept community and the nicest people in the housing office who answered a million questions and definitely followed us through the process from acceptance of the house while at our previous station to our front door here. We've lived all over the world, and thus far this is the best customer service we have received. I don't normally, but I really highly recommend housing for your tour in Fallon."
"Community is awesome, neighbors are friendly, staff is so helpful and amenities are great! Well lite walking areas to take a stroll at night on hot summer days. Splash pad is also a great way to cool off for kids and tables available for an easy picnic."
"The Houses: Love the new houses! Was here 5 years ago and the houses were god awful. Now they are like you own little mansion. There are only two things that we do not like about the new houses. 1. Laundry room: it's way too small. We have a standard size 2019 Samsung washer and dryer and are unable to close the laundry room door. 2. The master bathroom: it is configured oddly; the shower and toilet are seperated from the sink and mirror buy a door which is fine. However there are two issues with the. The shower/toilet area is SUPER tiny. There is maybe a cm between the door a toilet seat when closing it. Also there is barley enough roo. To stand outside the shower. The management: Ten fold better. Last time never any communication, none of these cool activities for free. Love the new Lincoln in Fallon."
