Custom Floor Care

"Hired John to clean carpets and remove a pet odor. He quoted $250 and invoiced $400. Carpets were not spectacular the odor back the next day. John stated he would have to come back at least 2 more times and another $200. We hired John as he owed us monies for products he purchased from us and never paid for. He then received more product and once again never paid. We had dirty, smelly poorly cleaned carpets in the end, and after all was said and done still owed and we are out $799.24 after crediting him the over priced carpet "not cleaning," of $400. John and his work could be beaten and improved on with a shop vac. His morals and ethics are not lacking, but rather non existent. After my experience suggest you choose other options for your needs. And avoid John Helmer entirely. Shady to say the least."
