"The staff at this credit union are pleasant and helpful. However, we paid off our vehicle recently and received an email regarding our title. It said we can expect it in 10 - 12 Weeks! Are you kidding? 10 to 12 weeks is ridiculous."
"Horrible! Over an hour and I still cannot activate new debit card. The mobile app is not connected to the online account. Customer support was useless. My only option is to go to the nearest branch over an hour away. Sure, I can do that but I will get my money out and give them back their card."
"I have continuing problems trying to get through to the Fraud number. This is the second time my debit card and my husband's debit cards have been compromised. We cancelled the old, got new ones and same thing all over again. The ONLY place we have ever used them is at the Dayton branch. Never online or at a store. Makes me wonder how secure this place is."

"I have been banking with GNCU for several years now and most recently their system has issues. Two times in two weeks I have not been able to access my accounts. It's very stressful for anyone when you log in to your online banking and you get a message that says "There are no accounts available for display at this time" It's a headache changing direct deposit, but I'm ready to jump ship with these incompetent bankers. I do not recommend GNCU to anyone, unless you want headaches and stress."
