"Great views! Limited parking and a bit crowded. Keep in mind you'll need to purchase a ticket, but it can be used for other lookouts too. There are bathrooms available. Worth the stop."

"Pu'u Hinahina Lookout shares a paid parking lot with the Ni'ihau Viewpoint. $10 per car + $5 per person and your ticket is good for all the scenic lookouts in the Waimea Canyon & Koke'e State Parks on the same day. There is a bathroom and a two elevation viewpoint area that has the best views of the canyon, looking towards the East. Visited: January 2023"

"Limited parking. Great view of the canyon. If this is your first stop for the trip inside the park. There's a kiosk where you can pay card only for $10 per vehicle and additional $5 person in your party."

"Loved it. The first time we went, we couldn't see anything because of cloud cover below us. The second time, we thought we went on a clear day, but still couldn't see much by the time we got up there because of clouds. Both times we went in the afternoon. Later, locals told us to go in the morning when it is less cloudy. Still beautiful. The air really is thinner up there. Makes it harder to breathe."
