"Ticket guy was confused that we went to buy physical tickets at the desk and make him do his job to waive the 2$ service fee (per ticket) for booking online. Food is a bit overpriced for what it is, and the chairs don't recline at all. It's ok at best, but the only other option to go see a movie without going to Keauhou."

"I went here for the first time yesterday! I was excited because the menu had so many options. I realized half way through my drink that it was full of ants. You can actually see one crawling. I asked for a bottle drink and I was being charged $5 for it. I would've thought it would be free. I asked for the manager. The manager told me it's Hawaii and things happen. She could care less that I had a cup full of Ants! She refused to give me her name but the waiter called her and I was able to get it! Her name is MARIA. She walked off and she was very unprofessional. I didn't ask for a free meal or a free movie. A $5 coke to show you care is not much to expect! I will not be back! I have video of ants in my glass! I left a review on yelp and Anthony D. Responded that he was told it was just bubbles! I know bubbles from ants. He also said if it were ants they would’ve covered my meal! Nobody offered to pay for my meal. He was not there and MARIA did not care to help. She didn’t apologize at all. She asked what do I feel I should be compensated for. I may be a lot of things but a liar isn’t one! Maria didn’t even look at the glass! The waiter took it and dumped it out! You should rethink who you have as a manager!"

"Love this place. Every theater should be like this! Super awesome seats. Food is solid. Drinks are great and inventive with plenty of beer and wine options. The best thing about this place, almost no previews means movies start basically in time so get there early to reserve good seats and order some food/drink. Bathrooms are very nice as well. You can even reserve seats online ahead of time to ensure you get the spot you want! Seriously people why are you still reading this review just go already!"
