"Where do I begin?! Lets start with this was my first massage, ever! Since having my first daughter about 7 months ago, my back & shoulders have been very sore! This being my first massage, I had no idea what to expect. The moment I walked into Soul Centered Massage Studio, Alyssa greeted me with a warm welcome & showed me to one of the private massage rooms. The studio is so cute, I love the boho themed decor & they have products for sale from a few local businesses. I appreciate the calm, comforting vibe that this studio provides. I booked a 60 min full body massage with aromatherapy & cupping added on. Alyssa took the time to warm my body up & slowly worked out my tense spots & knots (and there is alot! I carry my daughter pretty much all day long). All essential oils used smelled so amazing & made this experience all the more relaxing. I am so beyond satisfied with my massage. I don’t think I have ever felt more relaxed in my life! Alyssa was so patient with letting me take my time to slowly come out of my relaxed state. The 60 min massage was a perfect amount of time, I think I would have fallen asleep if the massage was longer! Even after leaving Soul Centered Massage, my body so relaxed for the rest of the day. The aching pain in my shoulders & back that I felt before the appointment was relieved! I am so glad that my first massage experience was with Alyssa and I can’t wait to book another appointment!"

"Can we just...!!! I need to RAVE about Alyssa. As soon as I walked into Soul Centered's intimate and vibey massage suite I felt her warmth and instantly felt comfortable with her. I didn't expect anything less--as our correspondence leading up to the appointment she was so thoughtful + thorough. For background, I'm currently about 16 weeks pregnant with my second (and still nursing my first!) so some ME TIME was definitely needed. Alyssa let me know she had a great set up for prenatal massage, with a sort of saddle or bolster made especially to accommodate a growing baby bump. Is that not a pregnant person's dream?! (No, for real I need to purchase one to keep at home, because it was like floating on a cloud!). Alyssa was so patient and gave me plenty of time to get undressed and into place. I loved all the small details, like a basket to keep my clothes neat, a place to hang my bag in the room, lots of gorgeous crystals, high-quality essential oils, sound healing tools, and the perfect massage playlist which I meant to ask for the name of, it was relaxing piano covers of pop songs. Nothing was out of place. Alyssa eased me into the massage mindset, with a warming full body 60 minute massage and then I also added on the guasha facial. I never realised how much tension I hold in my face until I felt the gentle releases. She truly has a caring, healing touch. I appreciated her for checking in a couple times throughout our session, it was never disruptive. Toward the end of our session, she used a cooling muscle rub on my upper back where I told her I was having some pain. I loved this because I got to continue feeling relief even after walking out of her studio. Her studio is worth the visit, even if you're not getting a service that day! There are so many cute little things for sale like handmade jewelry, apothecary goods, candles, etc. I'm already trying to plan my next massage with her, I know this will be so good for my energy and overall wellbeing this pregnancy! "Had a 1 hr massage, but I should’ve booked a 90 minute one.. Ani is amazing! I felt like butter after my massage. That’s when you know it was a gooood massage. In my book. :) And I didn’t misspell the word good. There is a calmness upon entering. Interior is clean and the set up is cozy. The location of this place is perfect. Appointments are recommended and you can book them online. One never knows how beneficial a massage is until you’ve had one. But when you find an even better massage therapist, you’ll want a massage as often as you can! But don’t take my word for it, book a massage and feel it for yourself. Aloha!"
