"This place is a total rip-off. Our daughter's diagnosis was not what the intake session concluded. A psychiatrist disagreed with their diagnosis and then said NOT to do this type of bio-feedback for her illness. They would not refund the $2,500 of services they talked us into paying in advance. We never used any of those sessions, and they refused to care or even listen to the psychiatrist. They stopped communicating with us as soon as we tried to explain the diagnosis had changed. All they wanted was to keep the money. Do NOT work with these people. They are horrible, unprofessional and heartless"
