"The Reiki session I had with Tristan the other day was absolutely great, I was totally foreign to the concept of this practice before entering the room. Tristan was very calming to be around and did a great job explaining what reiki is all about, minutes after he began I was totally relaxed and in a sort of meditative state. After an hour I was gently told that the session was complete and he exited the room to give me time to settle back into reality. Being a skeptic at heart I was surprised to feel a bit of an "energy high" afterwards, I definitely want to experience this again."

"Tristan opened my eyes to the world of Reiki! I had never really heard of such energy body work before meeting him at a Friendsgiving party. He is such a mellow, positive, humble person and you would never believe how in tune he is to such a spiritual process of healing. That is, until you see his Reiki room! This is what first intrigued me to the whole process. Just by setting foot inside this room you can feel his passion for Reiki. Gorgeous plants line the windowsill, spaced out by a plethora of beautiful crystals, all lit by a cozy fireplace in the corner. I was not quite sure what to expect when I later returned for my own Reiki session. As someone with a defined personal bubble, I have been wary of massages in the past. For this reason, I was a bit nervous of what lie ahead of me. However, Tristan described his procedure before beginning and it immediately became apparent that every object in his room had a defined purpose. He instructed me to set my own personal intention for the healing practice, one that need not be mentioned out loud, and he reminded me to stay mindful of what was happening within and around my body. He began with clearing negativity by burning sage in the room, followed by filling the space with the hymns of his calming rose quartz singing bowl. He placed stones on all of my chakras and then continued with physical manipulation of pressure points throughout my feet and major joints. I began to feel total relaxation, and simultaneous awareness as the procedure continued with cranial-sacral pressure relief through stretching of my neck and pressure placement across my scalp. Tristan has an incredible gift of alleviating energy blockages that I didn't even realize were affecting me. Still, almost a month later, I am left feeling energized, yet calm, and refreshed. I encourage everybody willing to subject themselves to alternative healing or meditation practiced to give him a visit. If you can allow yourself to listen to your body find peace and relaxation, Tristan will be an amazing channel for you to completely connect to a greater, shared vibration."
