"Appointment was set for 2:45 pm Right now its 3:33 pm and I havent even been called in to a room yet. This isnt the first time this has happened. This doctor isnt bad, but the amount of time you waste just waiting around just isn't worth it."
"Today April 5, 2018 I had my mom appointment at 10:45. We checked in at 10:37 after waiting 30min at exactly 11:14 I apporcth the front desk I ask her what's going on its been 30min wait for her appointment for 10:45, she said "sorry we are running late but its been like that". Really....??? She reply YES..... what a shame do not put as on a time that u can't assist your patient. Will not come back here anymore. Will fine a new DR. No offend to you DR. But you need to keep it up on your schedule. Time is pressuse to your patient. If you put a appointment at 10:45 assure them with in 15 to min wait is ok. But 30 mins. And 2 more patient. Come on now..... Will not recommend this DR. And DR. Office....... waiting is worst this is our 3rd time. And I said to my mom we have to find a new DR that can assist patient...... if they is zero star I will rate her that......."
