About the Business

The Villages At Waipi‘o

The Villages at Waipio is a charming two-story Townhome Condominium property located in the Waipio-Gentry Community of Waipahu, Hawaii. Situated near shopping centers, parks, schools, bus routes, restaurants, and industrial businesses, this complex offers convenience and accessibility. Centrally located in Oahu, residents can easily access all areas of the island.

The property consists of individually owned units and is managed by an Association of Apartment Owners (AOAO). There is no rental or leasing office on-site, so interested buyers or renters can find listings through newspapers, online classified ads, rental guides, and military listings.

Meetings of the Board of Directors are held annually at the Clubhouse for Owners Only, with agenda notices posted in bulletins. Towing services for the property are conducted by a designated company, and quarterly exterior pest control treatments are scheduled regularly.

Upcoming projects include exterior building painting in the Spring of 2024, with Precision Cleaning Inc. already completing gutter cleaning services. For security, Securitas USA Pacific Region is located nearby, and management is overseen by Associa Hawaii, with Renee Quintoa serving as the Community Manager.

For more information, contact the management office at 808-676-5770 or email villages@hawaii.rr.com. The Villages at Waipio offers a comfortable and convenient living experience in a vibrant community setting.

"The resident manger Rick does piss poor job. When i stepped in my neighbors dogs poop twice i told Rick about it and he asked me to provide pictures of my neighbor not picking up his dogs poop and not using a leash and he would talk to my neighbor and fine him if needed. I provided about 20 pictures and several videos of a course of 6 months and he did absolutely nothing. My neighbor continued his nonpicking up routine till the day i moved out as if he was never talked to. I continued to press the issue and Rick ignored my calls. Even hung up on me mid conversation. Me and my neighbor got in to a physical altercation that created property damage in my house. And even depsite the police being involed and pictures provided of the property damage he still did nothing about it. We bought that house in 1998. We sold the house after 20 years because of Ricks lack of attending to this situation. And my mom wanted to retire in that house. When i was doing remodeling in my house, i work at the waipahu uhaul and right next door is the waipahu dump. I took all my construction trash to the waipahu dump using the uhaul truck. He called me 10am of a work day and told me i needed to pull out the pink toilet that was in the trash because a witness said it was me. I told him i didnt replace my toilets and i dont have a pink toilet. He told me if i didnt come pick it up before the trash guy comes he would fine me. I took off from work to throw away someone elses pink toilet. At this time they recently installed security cameras. I told him to review the cam and he said he didnt have time for that because he doesnt know when it happened. Very lazy, abuses his authority in his favor, type of resident manager. In the 20 years i have been there, i havent seen a single problem resolved that i had. Not even 1!"

"I'm a frequent visitor because of multiple friends that reside here. Its conveniently located near the freeway on/off ramp, Costco Waipio, and other stores and restaurants. *Important to me if I was looking to lease here* Visitor parking is available but fills up fast when a tenant has a party or large gathering. The grounds are well kept and generally clean."
