"Really enjoyed the last 3 years living here since the apartments opening! My apartment was nice and only ever gave me one AC problem. The pool, lounging area, and grill area is fantastic and great for entertaining! One thing I would highlight is how awesome the staff is here both management and maintenance! Kristen and Malia are rockstars and I’ve only ever had positive moments with them! The community is lively with events and in a great area of Ewa/Kapolei as well. Interested and excited to see this area in a few years! My only cons I’ve ever had here: Tiny parking spaces and AC went out for a few weeks (had to wait on part). And of course rent renewal increases but we are in crazy times now!"

"Been living here for over a year now, and it's been great. Dog friendly and clean! When our air conditioner wasn't working Dallas came by and ordered the part that was needed and Sheri was so friendly and quickly got it fixed for us a few days later! Mahalo :)"

"The maintenance staff here are amazing especially love Sherry she is always very responsive and takes very good care, does a thorough job! She even took an enormous cockroach out for me, just passing by! She is so friendly and cares about getting the job right the first time!!"

"We absolutely love our place! When our dryer wasn’t working, Sheri from maintenance came to fix it. She was and continues to be professional, super friendly and very helpful. Not only has she fixed my dryer but she’s also given us advice on where to take our young kids on island (we are new here) and other local knowledge. She’s the best! Management has been nothing but friendly to us. Malia got us moved in from the mainland, gives my son fruit snacks (he loves her) and our cat a welcome bag. The team at The Element truly makes us feel welcomed. The beautiful amenities are an awesome plus as well. The property is kept clean, we don’t hear barking dogs, no bugs, it’s quiet, the pool is really pretty and the gym has a sweet set up. We are happy!"
