"We stayed in unit F11 the first week of April. The place was clean and tidy when we showed up late after our flight. The ammenities around the place were great, grocery stores, restaurants, beaches, and the bike lane not even 2 minutes from the place. Kapa'a town is about a 20 minute walk along the bike trail and they have even more shops and restaurants. The rooms are a great size, the beds were comfy, fans were provided but not necessarily needed as there was great airflow (with windows and doors open), and we were happy that they provided beach chairs, a cooler bag and an umbrella if we needed for day trips. The area around Village Manor is veryyyy quiet so if you're thinking about being loud (playing music etc) just go to the beach or try other accomodations. We'd recommend this place to anyone, it was absolutely amazing."

"Cute place, unfortunately, other condos are right behind it so there's no direct view of the ocean. Pretty rocky shoreline, but not very crowded when we were there so that was really nice. Our condo had beach chairs we used to sit right in the water."
