"One of our worst travel accommodations ever. The Lai Nani Ocean Front Estate "claims" it is a five-star resort but this couldn't be farther from the truth. Pool wasn't clean, jaccuzi heat pump broken, airconditioning woefully inadequate, and Dish Cable TV working only 5% of the time. Pillows were smelly, no hot water in kitchen sink, and chest for our clothes had sagging drawers. Parking far from guesthouse. This is NOT a five-star resort but at best a one-star airbnb accommodation. We were so disappointed."
