"I am disappointed having to post a negative review as the shop has some beautiful pieces and it was great to explore it all. I spent over $100 on some pieces for friends, family, and myself. The one piece I purchased for myself, a beautiful Tiger’s Eye bracelet with lava rocks, ended up breaking 2 days later. This piece was not treated in any way poorly. It simply fell off my wrist and all the pieces scattered without being able to get them all back. The string must have not been properly tied/secured. You would imagine any reputable store would recognize that things happen and they would be happy to make the customer whole. This shop however asks that I pay an additional $12 and provide all the pieces back so they can re-string it, even though it was explained the pieces are not available. I guess there is no such thing as taking ownership for your products and keeping your customers happy. Other buyers beware. I wouldn’t want to do business with this type of establishment and suggest you take your business elsewhere."
"This place is amazing! The most unique and beautiful crystals I have ever seen. Faith was an amazing person to work with. I don’t usually write reviews but I had to after receiving the best customer service from her. Faith definitely deserves everything good that will come to her!! She’s super sweet and is amazing."
