There was a problem having access to the unit for a few days with the gate code which really was a hassel. It looks like right now it's all fixed. Everyone who works here was nice & ready to help."

"Only rent here if you want to be robbed. We were flat out, lied to, and the extra money was stolen by this company. They offered us insurance on our unit and was told we could cancel anytime as my renters insurance may cover the unit. My policy does, and I called to cancel the insurance. I was told there was no problem. The request is filed, and I'm good to go. Come the bill, still charged for the insurance, called to request the refund, told no problem, they apologized it wasn't done before and told refund will be processed by end of day. The next day, I called as the refund was not back to me and told me that insurance is non refundable. These people put on an amazing show while purposefully lying to you for additional money. I would give negative stars if possible and will be moving my stuff out as soon as I am able."
