"The worse company and products. The tungsten bracelets are junk. My 2 year old grandson who is only 30 inches tall tripped and fell. He broke a couple links when he put his hands down to catch himself. (I thought tungsten was strong) I had extra links from when I shorten it to fit him so I replaced them. They broke again. I have the same bracelet and it has also broken several times. I tried to get replacement links for the broken links and after 10 emails of bulls&>t. I got this for an answer from Rachel..... After I got all the information I talked to the jeweler and manager and agreed that we can repair the bracelet(s) but we need the bracelet ship to us for repair. The charge will actually be $35.00 plus shipping $7.00 per link. So they want to charge me $100 for a bad product then charge me to fix the product that broke. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THERE ARE OTHER HAWAIIAN COMPANIES THAT WILL GIVE YOU BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BETTER QUALITY PRODUCTS."
