"My sister In Law was showing me matching purse and wallet from here. So I decided to check it out! It was kinda pricey but I found me nice small wallet that I love with a 10% discount. I like to come to this store and check out their new prints and see what they have. I also got me a smaller wallet that just holds my Cards and ID… love it…. "My boyfriend surprised me with my first Happy Wahine Hannah Tiare Tapa tote bag for Christmas this year. Which I absolutely love!! Unfortunately I had noticed a few times after using it that the zipper wouldn’t stay closed. I walked into the Pearlridge store and mentioned to the salesperson my concern. Even though it’s been pass the refund/return policy by a month- she agreed to consult with her boss to have it fixed or replaced . To my surprise they fixed it with no charge. She reassured me I could bring it back if I had any problems . Unfortunately after a few uses -the problem began to reoccur. It meant so much to me that I could bring it back to the store . On Sunday I walked in and the clerk took my complaint and purse and said she would call me within an hour or so to address the problem. 20 minutes later while shopping - she told me that they could replace it with a brand new purse . Thankfully it was the same design and print that I loved . I decided to also purchase a new wallet that day to bless my new purse. I’m so grateful for the customer service received , I am one happy Wahine for sure !"
"Happy Wahine is a place to get nicely made local stuff that isn't touristy. It's not super expensive, but it isn't cheap. There is a section where you can buy imperfect wallets and bags at a HUGE discount (60%+), so if you're there for a bag and don't care if a seam is slightly crooked, I highly recommend checking that out. The two ladies working there (Pearlridge 6/19/21) were super nice; showed me a few of the ways to use the scarf they sell; it's really versatile! Cute stuff, friendly people; check it out!"
