"Rude people. Mocked my wife. We came to look for a regular gold chain necklace. They had 24k gold on display, we asked if they had 14k gold as it would be an everyday necklace. They asked what size, we said 18inch. They pulled a small selection. My wife asked if they had anything heavier, around 30 grams. They asked what we were willing to pay. She said 2000-2500, which comes out to $70-$83 per 14k gram. They then mocked us and said that’s a good price and that we should buy from whoever quoted that price and that they should buy from them too. They then did a calculation that 1 gram of 14k gold is over $100 per gram. No jewelry store in town quoted us anywhere near that. They are a rip off. There’s no way a regular 14k chain with no pendant, no stones is over $100 per gram. RIPOFF and RUDE"
