"I cannot say enough wonderful things about this jewelry store and it's owner, Daniel. I brought a very treasured necklace in for repair that had literally been destroyed by another local jeweler. Daniel took a great deal of time trying to figure out how he could repair the chain. Ultimately, there was just no way to fix it. I ended up having to buy a new chain and he was able to not only make my treasured pendant look amazing, but he also took the time to fix the pendant so it sat better on my new chain AND he put a new iridium coating on to make it sparkle !! All for no charge..!! I am just beyond words ant how professional and truly caring he is.. He also gave me a professional discount for being a nurse..amazing !! I ended up buying a pair of earring for my friend and have my eye on a adorable pair of earrings for myself..:) Pacific Ocean Jewelers has a life long customer...Thank you again so much for fixing my special necklace and for your unbelievable kindness, understanding and professionalism ."
