"I walked in and was never greeted by the employee. I spoke to him and he didn't even reply to me. I see no reason to buy anything from an establishment that treats its customers that way. I also see no reason to ever return. Just avoid this place."
"I was in the Smokin' Rays shop on Vista on Wednesday afternoon for a few supplies. The woman behind the counter, I did not catch her name, was awesome. Great customer service! This is the level of customer service I want each of my customer's to receive whether they be on the phone or in person at my counter. Thank You! Great Job!"
