"In my opinion: Horrendous!!! Are they even open anymore? I went to schedule my annual mammogram and they were just closed and it was almost impossible to get my records. I hated my last mammogram there. I never have any problems, but the technician was so rough and uncaring and my breasts were hurting for weeks after. I seriously wonder if something was wrong with their machine? I wonder why they closed so quickly and so mysteriously? Now I wonder why there are only 2 reviews? They must have taken down their business reviews? It is absolutely disgusting what happened. Approximately November, 2017? Anyway, I had needed to get an annual mammogram. They had closed without warning. They were the only place that I could go for a self referred mammogram. So at that point, I had to get a doctor referral but I was lucky and I found the Mamo Van which did not require a referral! I don't like having to go to the doctor for a referral (more time, more money). Plus, it is generally accepted that after women hit a certain age, you go in for an annual mammogram. (I would highly recommend the Mamo Van.) At the time, it was believed that there were issues and I could not readily access my prior files from West Valley Imaging. It was like they folded without warning and it was extremely hard to try and get my records which, I believe eventually my doctor did. It was a super scary time and ended well but the stress that I was under at the time was made unforgivably worse by West Valley Imaging. If they are open again, I would never walk through their doors!!!! They should have apologized to their patients. As medical providers, they have a fiduciary responsibility to their patrons and should be held to a higher standard of care. All of that went out the window and as I recall, and when I called them, I got a recording, and their website at the time had become cryptic. Where was their accountability?? Where was their transparency??? As women, health issues are extremely important, for so many reasons; we care for our families and hold down jobs and do so much. This stress of not being able to talk to somebody and worrying about my medical records made everything so much worse. Unforgivable. Again, all in my humble opinion. West Valley Imaging, if you are still open, I will never ever forget the abominable way in which you treated me and so many many other residents of Clark County Nevada. If you are closed, please stay closed and do us ALL a favor."
