"DO NOT SEE EMILY LEVITT-GOPI!!!!!!!! Constantly too busy to see her actual patients and sends them to the ER and Urgent Care instead of seeing them herself. How does that make any sense??? Since the beginning she doesn’t ever listen to concerns and does not help find out what’s actually going on. I have been calling for 3 weeks now to get a prescription and they have yet to fill out the correct paperwork so my insurance will cover it. Called many times and left many messages that they said “someone will call back” and they never do. Called the insurance just as much and they keep sending them the paperwork to fill out and have gotten no response since. She doesn’t care about her patients and their health at all. Useless place!!!!!"

"Love everything about this place. From how clean it is to how great they were to us from our very first apt to our most recent! We had some not so normal request and they were more than happy to help us! They call back with your results really fast, they do all they can with referrals, we’re just overall really happy! My wife and I are not the doctor types we hate check ups and just everything about the doctor but this place made us so happy. Sad to see all the bad reviews but myself and a lot of other ppl who referred me here say otherwise."

"Had an appointment scheduled for our son's 4 month wellness check up today. Prior 3 visits no issues however today was told only 1 parent is allowed. I get that things won't operate as normal with the whole COVID situation but why is it a problem now with allowing both parents of a 4 month old baby to be their with no previous issues. Very disappointed with how we were treated today especially when COVID seemed less under control there wasn't an issue with us being there for our son!"

"BEWARE Sadly I was disappointed yet again with the medical care here in Hawaii and thought for sure this shiny new state of the are clinic was finally it. Nope I was running late due to construction and GPS taking me to other location. I called to ensure they could still see us. Was a first time appointment for my son. I was told "don't worry it's fine and just drive safe" I arrive at the same time I stated and as we rush in I'm met with we can't see you today we have a 15 minute grace period. Ok it's 12 minutes past and why would you have me race across the other side of the island just to tell me at 12 minutes past you have a 15 minute grace period you are not going to apply. It's their policy but apparently it's merely how they feel that day. I'll stick with my old doctor and I advise anyone switching to do the same. It's all pretty and new but customer service and policies they apply at will don't work for most people. I had even referred my friend after an impressive first and my last visit."
