"My experience has been one of love and extreme hate. I LOVE their beef jerky, i am now addicted which is where the hate comes in. I purchased and paid them 9 days ago and still have not received my order. This is just not acceptable in the 21st century, especially considering their state borders mine! The first time I purchased it took 8 days, i expressed that I was not satisfied with my experience and I received an email saying that someones daughter was sick...ok, I can accept that and feel empathy towards their situation. So my next order now 9 days, wondering what excuse I am going to get this time. I have asked them where my order is and No Response. No shipping information is provided upon receipt of payment so....i don't even know if/when it was/has been shipped. I would take my business elsewhere if it wasnt so good. I really hope they get their shipping in order, if not they will lose a lot of business."
