Terrible Herbst Convenience Store

"Customer service lacks here! I've had the cashiers make me wait till they were done with their game on their phone before checking me out. No sign on the outside that says no backpacks but the cashier tried to make me leave my purse backpack at the counter. Since when are women not allowed to have their purse with them???"

"Out of 8 years living in this area I have only been in maybe 3 times. Once it was in the middle of the night I had a icloud lockout of my iphone and asked to use the phone the guy told me no. I told him I would give him $10 then he let me use the phone to call for help. I never went in again until this day where I noticed a new guy there name ANTHONY who was very kind and could possibly be the manager (not sure) Overall hopefully with him working there I may visit again and wish him well. If this guy isn't the Manager give him the position and a nice salary and get this store back on track. Thank you Mr. Anthony stay healthy and safe!!"

"Wanted to gamble today and the guys whole family was at every slot. The son proceeded to move he obviously wasn’t old enough to gamble.. Other customers came and left with the look like not again.."

"Went in today to get some water for my daughter and myself. The sign said 2 for $3. The guy at the register said no, it’s 2 for $4. He said he was going to take the sign down AFTER he rings me up at 2 for $4. I told him that wasn’t right. If the sign was up, then he has to honor it. All of a sudden a lady from the back said “it’s not our problem.” I told them of course it’s your problem, it’s obviously not my problem. The lady then said that she could kick me out of the store. Really??? That’s the kind of customer service that Terrible Herbst wants to have representing their store? I ended up buying the water and I will never go to this location ever again. Good luck to Terrible Herbst if they are going to hire people like this and allow them to treat their customers in this way. They can’t be that lucky that I’m the only customer getting treated this way. Georgette Rosenberg"
