"i tried to fill a prescription at kta pharmacy, they said my insurance (ohana) rejected to pay for it. i called ohana, and they said the pharmacy made a mistake by submitting it under the behavioral plan, instead of the medicaid plan. now i have to go back to the pharmacy and do this again. they failed at the most simple, basic thing they should be able to do. they get MINUS ONE star."
