"Dr Azman was amazing. He was so kind and helpful when my daughter fell in a downhill mountain bike ride. He was extremely thorough and answered all of our questions. I called after I left the island with a couple questions regarding the healing process and he spoke to me right away. His office staff was kind and helpful also. So grateful for his care. I wish he lived in Miami!!!"

"THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! They refused to issue a refund that their “AFTER HOURS/PART TIME" nurse had assured us would be processed once they could verify coverage. They now claim that even though they verified my coverage I would need to wait up to 3 weeks for a refund. Dr. Azman was the Doctor on duty the night I went in with a badly sprained knee and ankle and when he found out that I tried to go to other Doctor's before him he seemed angry. He immediately suggested an Xray be taken but that I would have to pay upfront because they couldn't verify my coverage until the next day. When asked how much we would have to pay for the X-ray he told me that I should have went somewhere else and that I should take some responsibility for my actions and injury. He said the nurse would have to look the cost up. My husband followed the Doctor out to the reception area where the nurse was. Dr. Azman made snide comments about why we would come to see him if we do not have the money to pay for it. My husband explained that this was our first experience with an after hours visit and that if an Xray was going to cost several hundred dollars maybe we would have to reconsider. Dr. Azman went on to say that she need's an xray and you guys should have gone somewhere else don't come here and talk about money. My husband irate at this point felt Dr. Azman assumed we didn't have the money simply because of our appearance being of polynesian descent. The nurse intervened and said she would come to my room to explain our cost. She explained the break-down of cost and that I would be refunded the next day once coverage was verified. Angry, confused and in so much pain I agreed to pay their outrageous fees and proceeded with the Xray. I called their office two days later spoke with a receptionist who said she would look in to the matter and call me back, that didn't happen. I just called again today (now a week after my visit), I first spoke with a receptionist who placed me on hold while she pulled my charts. She came back on the phone to tell me that my carrier would be responsible for my refund and that it could take several weeks before I see anything. I asked for a manager and she said there was no manager in, I asked for the nurse that handled our visit and she wasn't in either. I told her that we were assured by the nurse on duty that we would be refunded the difference in coverage the very next day. She asked me to hold and came back with "the manager said you have to wait til your visit is paid for by your carrier..." i replied I thought the manager wasn't there? She said "oh yeah she went out to get the mail," I said great put her on the phone now. Mrs. Azman herself picked up the phone. I explained my situation to her and before I could finish she cut me off to tell me that the nurse who had given me false information was a part time after hours nurse, I responded with " that's not my problem." The angry and defensive Mrs. Azman blurted out "well according your file you tried to go to other Doctor's but couldn't be seen or didn't want to pay the $200 ER visit." I replied "does that make sense when you charged me the same as ER would have?" I proceeded to explain what had really happened to which she replied “now you are upsetting me,” and hung up the phone. I was outraged how could the OWNERS themselves handle us so poorly. It wasn't my first visit to this office but I can assure you it will be my LAST!!!"

"I have been to this clinic a few times and love not only the doctors there but also the staff. Everyone is nice and really helpful. There is a comfort in knowing a good staff of doctors who are not only highly competent but also reliable. I recommend all of my friends and family who need medical attention to this clinic."
