"Be advised...their closing time is a LIE. Says they close at 8pm but prolly close at 730 or maybe even earlier. Would never have expected this from an urgent care facility. After hours care maybe. But URGENT care? No. Did not see signage for last patient time at time of this post. This place should stop calling itself urgent care. So disappointing."

"Do NOT trust the male doctor at the urgent care. You may lose your life if you do. The doctor here told me I didn’t have anything stuck in my throat, though I kept insisting that i could feel it at the base of my throat and i need an xray done cause there’s no way he would be able to see it by him looking at my throat from my mouth. But in the end, he prescribed numbing throat spray and said there was nothing wrong. My wife insisted I go to the ER instead and thank god she did because in the end, i needed emergency surgery for the steak that was stuck at the base of my throat. It was just below the flap that allows me to breathe so thats why i was still able to breathe with it stuck but there was no way for it to be removed without surgery because of how deep in my throat it was."

"I was able to visit right after getting i hired, and I was concerned about the wait time, but it was surprisingly reasonable – just an hour and 15 minutes (which I think is typical for any urgent care). The staff members were all friendly and put me at ease. I received prompt attention and got a few stitches right away. They also provided me with clear instructions for post-care."

"One star so I could write this review. Do not take your children here. There is a nurse that clearly does not know how to handle children. She should not be allowed to work as an assistant to any doctor. I will assure you to go to the fullest extent so she does not harm another child the way she hurt my 5 year old grandson. Didn’t get her name but black hair Asian woman that was working September 8th around 4pm. Sent an email to her manager and reaching out to the main Queens Hospital due to the fact that they are all affiliated. Do your research and read reviews before walking into facility’s that you need or trust assistance from. Education or not, doesn’t mean they know or care what they are doing to patients."

"There's no sign saying their overburdened with patients or short on staff, so what's the hold up? I came in about 8:30am and by the time I was done it was 11:57am! The motion sensor light in the physicians room practically turned off with how long I was waiting for the doctor. Ive been here several times, only come here if your doing a covid test, took 10 minutes. Anything else, you could be there for 2+ hours. The service was moderate but if you value your time; can't recommend."
