"Really enjoyed a few laps with the dogs. They had the snow cleared off the sidewalks by 8:15. Minden workers were on it, and with the street snow plowing. Good job everyone."
"Green grass, water pad, American flag. Excellent little park. A true central park for the downtown area. Also: restrooms, stage, mature trees, picnic tables, and trashcans. Conveniently adjacent to the Minden Farmers Market on Tuesday evenings. Local restaurants abound."
"This is one of the stops for Hot August Nights poker run. Always a refreshing site to see a nice clean park, children playing in the water that jumps up. They have food trucks to buy food from. It's a nice open chill place."
"A great park that takes up a whole residential block. There is a large gazebo in the center that has a very nice men's and ladies restroom underneath. There is plenty of grass, with a water play area for the kids. Tables are available through the park, and we enjoyed a bar-b-que lunch on the gazebo area. We had to fill out a permit and obtain a single day policy to use all of the facilities. Well worth it for a family gathering or small party."
